These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Translator Voice Translate iOS application (the “App”), owned and operated by Haider Shah (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any section, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your region, to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You meet the age requirement

  • You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms

2. License to Use

We provide you with a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, alter, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App

  • Use the App for fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

  • Disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality, networks, servers, or security

3. User Accounts (if applicable)

Certain features may require creating or logging into an account. If applicable, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details

  • Accept full responsibility for all actions taken under your account

4. User Content (if applicable)

If the App allows you to upload, import, or submit content:

  • You retain ownership of your content

  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary for App operation

  • You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others’ rights

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove objectionable content.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features, subscriptions, or additional services available through Apple’s App Store.

  • All payments and billing are handled by Apple, not by us

  • We do not have access to your credit card or payment information

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—design elements, code, logos, branding, features, and trademarks—are owned by Haider Shah or licensed to us.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include or rely on third-party services such as:

  • Analytics platforms

  • Advertising networks

  • Crash reporting tools

  • External website links

We do not control third-party content, and we are not responsible for their terms, policies, or practices.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available or free from errors

  • The App will meet your specific expectations or requirements

  • The App will be free from security issues, bugs, or viruses

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from use or inability to use the App

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if applicable) for the App during the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, especially if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse any part of the App

  • Required for legal or security reasons

You may stop using and delete the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region, subject to local consumer protection rules.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of your jurisdiction unless local laws require otherwise.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we may notify you through the App or via email.

Continued use of the App after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
